Book Summary: Raven's Gate is a book about a 14 year-old boy named Matt Freeman. In this book, Matt gets himself in trouble and has to go to a place called Lesser Malling. Matt does not like how he is treated and thinks the town is boring and ugly. While he is there he discovers strange things are happening to him and other people. Later he discovers why he was sent to Lesser Malling.

My review of this book: I really enjoyed this book because I was always wanting to read more and more. I really liked it because the events in the book were described well enough so that I could understand it. I also like that the author wrote what Matt was thinking so that you could relate to him and understand what he thought. I also thought it was great that the characters were realistic and had normal feelings. Lastly, I really liked where the setting was because it makes sense and is really interesting.
