Log in with your library card number (no spaces) and your pin. If you have forgotten your pin or haven’t set up a pin click here or call WTPL for help at 908-876-3596. Look up the book you want. Select the book by going to “details.” There are often multiple versions of a book (hardcover, paperback, cd, MP3, etc). Go to "details" to make sure you have selected the version that you would like. On the left hand side of the screen (underneath the image of the book cover) will be a link that says “place hold.” Select that link. Make sure Washington Twp. Public Library is selected and then click “ok.”if you want your requested items to be delivered to a different library from Washington Township Public Library, choose that library from the drop-down list. Click OK and then logout. You’ll receive an automated (recorded) phone call to tell you when your book is ready for pick up at WTPL. Online Requests FYI FINES vs. BILLS: Our system distinguishes between fines, which are owed on overdue materials not yet returned, and bills, which are owed on materials that have been returned. Fines become bills when overdue materials are returned or renewed. To determine your status, the system adds together your fines and your bills. If the total is $5.00 or more, you are blocked not only from checking out library materials, but also from renewing or requesting items online. PIN LOG IN: You must log in before you can place a hold. You will need your library card number and a PIN to request materials online. If you don't already have a PIN, the new system will assign you one that is the last four digits of your phone number.
