My review of this book: Most of the time when I read magic books, I think the plot is useless and the characters don't make sense. But in Inkheart, it is the complete opposite. I like how the characters are very lifelike despite where they came from and their powers. I also think that the plot was interesting and a very good idea for a fantasy genre book. I also like how the book was only boring a couple times so you wanted to keep reading.
