I couldn't wait to find out what would happen at the end. I really hope there will be a sequal because their wasn't a great ending. Things were left un-told so I really want to find out what happens!

Review: I would recommend this book but only after reading the other two. "Things Not Seen," "THings Hoped For" and "Things That Are" are the three books in this series. I gave it a three because it was not as good as the first two. I liked this book but it lacked the mystery that the other two had. I think the author could write alot of short stories based on the characters in this book. Overall, this was a great book.

My review of this book: I absolutely enjoyed reading all of Scott Westerfield's books. They are always filled with some kid of adventure, suspense, and other science fiction. Uglies is a fictitious story that takes place in the future, after our time. I like how it presents a world of technology, and everyone living has an easy perfect life, but even in such a perfect world, there are always problems and people who cause them.

Genre: Realistic Fiction, Science Fiction
Book Summary: Thom is trying to discover himself and his powers. When he gets invited to be in the the League his dreams come true. But Thom must prioritize the things in his life, not only for himself, but for the people he loves and those around him.
Rank (0-5): 5

My review of this book: In this page turner, Thom begins as a simple being and by the end he is a complex teenager who saves the world. Considering that this is Moore's first book, this is better than most first books I have read by various authors. Moore weaves all of the facts that he presents back into each other in the plot. Due to this fact, I would suggest that you don't forget a thing that the author tells you!

My review of this book: Among the Hidden is a very good book. Many book clubs, book chats, libraries, etc., have suggested it. Don't delay! Although the beginning of the book was a bit slow, I was riveted by the end. (Aren't all the beginnings of a series of books a little slow?) Luke finds another third child, named Jen who is strongly devoted to demanding equal rights for third children. There were also several unexpected twists and turns to the book which keep you reading.

My review of this book: I didn't really like this book at all. To me, it was weird and confusing becauseit took place in the future, and I don't really like science fiction. THere was alot of detail, which also made it harder to read. I only read this because I had to for school, but I think it was a little bit better than I initially thought it was going to be. Still, I wouldn't recommend this book to people who don't like futuristic and science fiction novels.
