Review: I would recommend this book to people who like magic with a little mystery added in. It would also be great for Twilight fans because it has a similar topic and a similar plot involving magic. This book is a 4 because even though it is a very interesting plot with many surprising twists, Alyson Noel seemed to take heavy inspiration from Stephanie Meyer's Twilight. If it was more original, I would have ranked it higher.
